Vitality Detailing provides professional car detailing services including, but not limited to:

• Car washing & detailing
• Ceramic coating
• Graphene coating
• Paint Protection Film (PPF)
• Interior & exterior car care services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle condition.

2. Appointments & Payments

• Appointments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, website, or in person.
• Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service selected.
• Payments must be completed as agreed before or after service completion.
• Advance payments, if taken, are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must disclose any existing damage before service.
• Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before service.
• Vitality Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages.

4. Liability

While we take utmost care of your vehicle:

• We are not liable for hidden defects, wear & tear, or manufacturer issues.
• Any claims must be reported immediately after service completion.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations may attract charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, and branding belong to Vitality Detailing and may not be reused without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
